Carlotta Mafalda Böddecker

Carlotta has been studying law at Goethe University Frankfurt since the winter semester of 2025/2026. Law was not the original plan: while waiting for her admission to medical studies, she began studying law to make good use of the time. When the spot was offered, Carlotta had already fallen in love with the placeholder and stayed.

A three-month internship at St. Elisabethen Hospital in Frankfurt gave her practical experience in a demanding environment, and she has been tutoring since 2022 in everything from languages to mathematics, and politics. In September 2026 she will join an international law firm in Frankfurt for her first in-depth look at legal practice.

She is a competitive tennis player and has been introducing children to the sport since 2018. Carlotta sees the Vis Moot as a chance to build her knowledge of international sales law and arbitration, and to overcome demanding challenges.
